Hi! We are so excited to work with you and the many projects you have in mind. But first, just a little bit about ourselves.
We have over 20 years of combined research experience that spans the globe (Asia, North America, the Middle East, and North Africa) across industries and sectors such as consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, real estate, non-profits, government to name a few.
We first met working in the largest pharmaceutical company in the Philippines where our friendship flourished amidst research briefs, client consultations, result analysis, and supplier management. After years on the client side, we each pursued our desire to explore the world of qualitative research by joining research agencies like Nielsen, Ipsos, and TNS both locally and internationally. Now that we're both in Canada, establishing this boutique agency is just a natural progression from where we left off.
On most days, we have our hands full with our kids (Jolivette has two boys and Linda has three boys!) who are by far our biggest teachers in purposeful listening and creative verbal and non-verbal decoding.
We are avid members of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA).
